Procedure for Application
- Check out MA Automotive’s jobs page or look at their official job listings. You’ll find all the important details like where the job is based when applications close and how you can apply for the role.
- Make sure you have an updated resume ready to go. You’ll also need a copy of your South African ID & your Matric certificate. If you did N-courses instead make sure to include those certificates too. Check the job post carefully because some places ask for extra papers like proof that you’re not working right now. It’s smart to get certified copies of everything just in case they ask for them later. Keep all these documents in one place so you can send them quickly when needed.
- Apply for jobs using the official links that you find in job postings. Most job ads have direct links to the company website or QR codes to scan. Don’t try to send your application through social media or other random places. Always use the proper application method shown in the job listing.
- The job listings show different end dates. Some close on October 3, 2025 while others end on October 6 2025. Make sure you check the exact closing date in the job post you want to apply for. It’s best to send your application as soon as you can.
- Keep screenshots or confirmation emails after applying. Shortlisted applicants are contacted by the Human Resources department for assessment or interviews.
Selection Procedure
The employer checks if applicants meet the basic requirements. They look at the person’s age and education level. They also verify if the candidate is currently unemployed. Finally they make sure all required paperwork is complete.
- The company looks at each person who applies for the job. They need to know if the applicant is old enough to work and has finished school. They also check if the person needs a job right now. At the end they look over all the forms to make sure nothing is missing.
- Selected job applicants will need to do a quick interview or basic test. The company will tell them when and how it happens – either at the office or online.
- Once we choose you for the position you’ll receive a YES contract that lasts one year. We’ll also tell you when your first training day starts and share the main workplace rules you need to know.
