Who All Can Apply – Eligibility
Here are some requirements that you need to meet before getting considered for the Compass Consulting Administration WIL Program 2025
- Must be in their final year of an NQF Level 6 Administration course (National Diploma or Degree).
- The Work Integrated Learning must be a mandatory part of their curriculum.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be between 18 and 28 years of age.
- Individuals from previously disadvantaged backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- People with disabilities are also welcome to apply.

Procedure for Enrollment
Get your papers ready. You need an up-to-date CV and copies of your school records and ID. Make sure the copies are certified. The 2025 program is not taking new people right now. You can check for new chances on the Compass Consulting website & Edupstairs. When you apply you need to fill out a form online. Read what it asks for and answer everything clearly. Make sure you send all the papers they want. Don’t wait until the last day to send everything in.
Selection Procedure
- All the applications summited would be scanned by the officials and would be checked weather the applications filed meets the eligibility of the program .
- Shortlisted applicants would be called for interview and this would be second process of the selection.
- The one who get selected in interview would be called for the final step i.e screen in which documentation, id verification etc would take place and the candidates who clear this gets selected for the program
