Fully Funded UTT Bursary 2025: STEM Degree & Cash Bonus for Top Achievers

The Upstream Training Trust helps people get jobs in oil and gas. It works with the Petroleum Agency of South Africa to train new workers. The trust focuses on teaching skills to people who did not have many chances in the past. They spend money on education and training programs. Their main goal is to create new experts in the oil and gas field. The trust is not looking to make money. Instead they want to help people start careers in this industry. They give special attention to students from poor backgrounds. This helps create more diversity in the oil and gas sector.
